yardsign
These yard signs will become your company trademark if placed at every job. On average, a yard sign by city code can be left at a job site for 10 days after the completion of the job. Note: be sure to check with your city ordinance for the amount of time a sign can be left in a yard and also how big the sign can be.
banner
Banners and Wall Tarps: the billboard you only have to pay for once. When working on residential or commercial jobs, hang a banner whenever possible. Once you pay for the banner or wall tarp, it is free mobile advertising!

boxtruck
This is your company's mobile billboard. Where ever it is, it will get noticed and you will get calls. Taking the time to wrap your box truck, trailer, and dump trucks not only looks professional, it is. Having a box truck with your name and number really small on the door is costing you money. Why not let your truck more than pay for it-self.
van
The same applies for the vans as it does fot the box trucks. The more that your company is seen the more the phones will ring.
pickup
Even though your pickup trucks have limited space they shouldn't be left out. They are still perfect advertising tools.
dress shirt
All of the office, foreman, estimator, and owners should wear a button down or polo with the company name and logo. When dealing with customers, part of being professional is looking professional. You are the face of your business and you'll always want to make a good impression.

The crew has to abide by the same rules. However their shirts are light weight cotton, it keeps them cooler on a hot summer day. Hand out a couple tee-shirts to all your crew and make it mandatory that they were it. A professional looking crew says alot about your company. Your next job could be right next door!
folder
Office paperwork such as pocket folders, proposals, invoices, envelopes, letterhead, thank you cards etc... should all bare the company logo, name, number, and address. Even if you don't have an office there is no reason for not having professional paperwork.
card
The business cards designed for Dog of All Trades are over sized and hard to lose amongst the competitors. We use a 3.5 x 3.5 inch heavy card stock.
door hanger
Our door hangers are dual purpose; they inform the customer that we were there and the proposal will be ariving in the mail and also have a detachable business card on the bottom. We also put a magnet on the back of the business card so the customer can hang it on their fridge.
yellow pages
Even with the internet being so convenient, the yellow pages should not be neglected. There are still a large group of people that don't own or use computers. You don't have to use the largest ads, but make your presence known with the logo.
cd
It will never hurt to have a well put together portfolio of all your best past jobs. Pictures of before and after as well as a caption for them to look at. If they can see that you can do a great job, they will be a little more comfortable with there decision to hire you.

tv
T.V. is one of the most expensive advertising, however if done right, it will have one of the biggest impacts. So if you can afford to do it, it will pay off!
dollar
